refuse any application from
any participant or vendor at
any time including prior to
the event and during the
event. Anyone who has
expressed a desire to
participate by submitting
their application prior to
the due date will be made
aware of their status via
mail if they include their
address should they be
denied participation. In the
event a timely application
has not been submitted we
reserve the right to deny
admittance to the facility
known as KC Museum or the
event known as History of
Heroes.
